وَاِنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ اِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ اَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَاباً شَد۪يداًۜ كَانَ ذٰلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُوراً
