For they did not deny that all these blessings were from Allah but along with this they believed that their saints and gods also had contributed towards them. This is why they associated their intercessors in their gratitude to Allah for these blessings. Nay, they were even more grateful to them than to Allah. Allah regards this association as denial of His blessings, ingratitude and forgetfulness of His favors. ### Mustafa Khattab — The Clear Quran They are aware of Allah’s favours, but still deny them. And most of them are ˹truly˺ ungrateful. ### E. And those of them who do not acknowledge Allah's goodwill constitute the majority. ### Shabbir Ahmed In fact, they recognize Allah's blessings, but deny them in practice. That is how most of the men and women are rated unbelievers.
